Abstract

'Grasslands Pacific' perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) was compared in the field with available cultivars in plot trials at 6 sites and as sown rows at 7 sites. Pacific showed consistently good performance, particularly in summer and winter when it was superior to other perennial ryegrass cultivars.
